Today is February 29, 2008. A day that only comes every four years so let's mark this day with a blog of the happenings and goings-on since I last wrote.
There seems to have been a "VERY DARK CLOUD" over Blue Ridge employees and their families. Every day this week we start the day off by seeing who is "in" the hospital and who has "gone home." It has been a busy , stressful and hectic week at work and at home. Through all of the turmoil, sadness and worry there has been much peace, happiness and growth.
As a Blue Ridge family member I can honestly say that when the going gets tough the tough really kicks it up a notch. No matter how busy we are and how short handed we are everyone ALWAYS seem to pitch in and get the job done and get our patients seen in a timely and respectful manner. We all seem to pick up each other's slack.
As the week ends and we go into the weekend there are many thoughts that linger. What will Monday bring and how will the LORD allow us to glorify HIM.
I am very happy to have a wonderful Blue Ridge family even though times are tough we still stick together and take care of each other and our needs.
Throughout this storm that the LORD has sent our way we will continue to find many bright sun shines and many wonderful rainbows. We will continue to praise HIM each and every day and thank HIM for all of HIS wondrous glorious gifts that none of us deserve but HE so freely gives.
Thank you LORD for our storms and thank you for the sunshine and thank you for family.
