Well, it happened....the insurance company denied Kahli's pump for the third time. I can appeal their decision again (which I will). Isn't it amazing how "the insurance companies" can rule our lives through their decisions. It blows my mind that paperwork goes across someone's desk and they simply say yes or no and our lives are the ones hanging in the wings.
Kahli is my precious gift from the LORD and I will do everything possible for her to get this pump. I am going to keep praying and keep researching and keep sending information to the insurance so they will approve this much needed medical device.
I have already decided that if they deny this again I am going to get in my car and drive to Columbia and talk to them in person.
Please continue to pray along with me that the LORD's will be done. I know that each day is a challenge and I am up to this challenge, I just hate that Kahli has to suffer in the interim.
